Wallpaper, hung in a house you live in.

Most of our work is residential — a powder room, a dining room, a bedroom wall, sometimes a whole floor. We turn up when we said we would, cover the floors and the furniture, hang the paper, and take the scrap out with us.

You choose the paper. We’ll tell you honestly whether the repeat works on that wall before it’s ordered, and how many rolls it actually takes once the drop match and the waste are in the number.

Powder rooms & baths

The room people notice. Small enough for a paper you'd never cover a whole house in, and unforgiving about seams — every one of them is at eye level.

Bedrooms

Behind the bed, or all four walls. Quiet textures and soft repeats, hung around furniture that stays in the room and gets covered while we work.

Dining rooms & sitting rooms

Chinoiserie, scenics and hand-screened papers, set above panelling or wainscot so the pattern lands where the eye expects it.

Halls, stairs & libraries

Long runs where the repeat has to stay honest around every corner and doorway, and grasscloth where the seams are meant to be part of the look.

What we don’t do

We prime and install. Repairing or skimming damaged walls, and stripping off old wallcovering, are a painter’s scope of work — we’ll look at the wall and tell you straight if it needs that done first, so the paper goes onto a surface that will hold it.
